A jury trial has been reset for a Temple man accused of firing a pistol at a state officer during a foot chase in Lampasas County in 2020.
Robert Wesley Morris II, a convicted felon, is set for jury trial on Sept. 26 in 27th District Court on four more felony counts, including allegedly firing a pistol at a Texas game warden. His jury announcement is set for Sept. 16.
