Request for rain granted

Hodges & Sargent Pharmacy recently placed the message “Pray for Rain” on the local business’ marquee. And this week’s rains in Lampasas County show that results came quickly. When a customer in the drive-through lane thanked an employee for posting the statement, the clerk smiled and said, “It worked.”
