New storage facility opens in Kempner

Outerspace Self Storage recently celebrated its grand opening. The facility is located at 13940 U.S. Highway 190 in Kempner. Holding the scissors in center is the grandson of owners Peggy and Sam Riley. They are joined by friends, family and chamber of commerce board members. courtesy photo
