Neighbor creates some Halloween fun

A creative resident at 1124 Nix Rd. has put out clever decorations for the season. The “sheriff,” in center, and his deputy appear to have captured a skeleton fugitive before he could ride out of town on his stick horse. The neighbors can rest more easily now, knowing they are well-protected.
