Lockhart man pleads guilty to felony drug charge

A Lockhart man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison on a first-degree felony drug distribution charge. On Jan. 13 in the 27th District Court of Lampasas County, Allen Maroyd Deloach, 47, pleaded guilty to a charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance greater than or equal to 4 grams and less than 200 grams.
