April Dwamena has been hired as headmistress of Providence Christian Academy of Lampasas, which is scheduled to open for the 2022-2023 school year.
The academy will be housed at First United Methodist Church.
An informational meeting about the new school will be held Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Methodist church, 2 Alexander Lane. Anyone interested in the school is encouraged to attend.
