Lampasas City Council directed city staff to negotiate the final terms of an emergency water agreement with Kempner Water Supply Corp.
In a unanimous vote Monday, council members authorized staff to move forward with negotiations on a conditional contract for temporary emergency water provisions with KWSC and to bring the agreement back to the council for consideration upon a decision of terms.
