Lampasas city officials may consider raising utility rates to address rising wholesale rates and market costs.
In a Monday night workshop, city staff presented information to the City Council about the ongoing rising costs of utilities.
“The city had the ability last year to absorb some of these increases. These increases didn’t just happen yesterday,” said City Manager Finley deGraffenried.
