The Lampasas City Council voted Monday to amend an interlocal agreement with Lampasas County. The agreement governs subdivisions and land development in the extraterritorial jurisdiction extending 1 mile outside the city limits.
Mayor Misti Talbert and Councilman Gordon Nelson did not attend the meeting. Mayor Pro Tem TJ Monroe presided in Talbert’s absence.
