Lampasas adopts ordinance on use of golf carts, off-road vehicles

The Lampasas City Council voted Nov. 23 to adopt an ordinance regulating the use of golf carts and off-road vehicles within the city limits. Police Chief Sammy Bailey said the ordinance updates the city’s traffic laws to comply with the Texas Transportation Code and will improve safety on city streets.
