KWSC notifies of waterline repair

The Kempner Water Supply Corp. has announced customers may experience discolored water due to a Friday repair.

According to KWSC officials, a “quick repair” was necessary on a six-inch water line at FM 2808.

“Those in the Cripple Creek Subdivision and possibly surrounding areas off FM 2657 may experience discolored water and air in the lines,” officials said in a public announcement. “This will dissipate quickly, but you can help it along by opening your outdoor and bathtub faucets.”
