KWSC notifies of main line break

Kempner Water Supply Corporation announced a break in a main line on Monday afternoon.

In a message to members sent at 4:14 p.m., KWSC officials said construction crews in the area of Mattew Spicer Road struck and broke a water line, affecting water service to customers.

“A contractor hit a water line on Matthew Spicer Rd, KWSC is on site and repairs are underway,” officials said. “Those affected will include Lightfoot Ln,  Matthew Spicer Rd, and possible surrounding areas.”
