Completion of Kempner’s Altitude ISP internet tower is coming soon, company officials said Wednesday. Development of the tower has been ongoing since early last year.
Originally, the plan was for the tower to be completed by the end of October, however delays in the laying of fiber optic cable pushed the project back.
