Kempner City Council renamed City Hall and approved a city tax rate on Tuesday night.
The council OK’d the naming of City Hall as the Isenhour-Clark Municipal Building after Jack Clark and Gene Isenhour. Both men were given Impression Awards in November 2021 for their service to the city of Kempner.
