A Lampasas man is set to make a plea in his second child sexual assault case in two years.
Zachary Austin Kelley, 25, is scheduled for a plea hearing July 21. He entered a plea of no contest to a lesser charge in a similar case in January 2022, and was indicted on another charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child on May 11, 2022.
