Lampasas City Council is scheduled to consider bids for rehabilitation of the historic Hostess House on Tuesday after the bidding period was extended last week.
Lampasas City Manager Finley deGraffenried said the extension was granted due to struggles faced by contractors affected by the ice storm in mid-February. Some of these contractors had significant phone and internet outages, he said.
