Galvan issues plea in child assault case

A Taylor man and multiple felony offender has pleaded guilty in a Lampasas child sexual assault case. Andrew James Galvan, 51, entered a plea of guilty to a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child, a firstdegree felony, on Dec. 1.
