Famed land broker assists with ranch sales locally

While the Chas. S. Middleton and Son real estate agency is most associated with vast ranches in West Texas, owner Sam Middleton and his team are bringing their expertise to Lampasas and surrounding areas.
Lampasas has an extensive ranching heritage. Area resident Robby Vann, an agent with the Middleton firm, is working to sell the historic 680-acre Pillar Bluff Ranch outside of town.
