Lampasas County 27th District Court convened Aug. 12 with Judge John Gauntt presiding over the day’s hearings.
Defendant Joshua Jude Earl of Lampasas entered a plea of guilty and was found guilty of unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was sentenced to 12 months in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, with credit for days served toward the sentence. He also must pay $315 in court costs.
