Lampasas County 27 th District Court convened last week with Judge John Gauntt presiding over the day’s hearings.
Defendant Kooper Neil Chaney pleaded guilty to a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, for which he received five years’ deferred probation with participation in an Intermediate Sanction Facility program as a condition. He also must pay court costs of $320.
