Lampasas County 27th District Court convened last week with Judge John Gauntt presiding over the day’s hearings.
Defendant John Keith Neimann of Kempner had an adjudication hearing on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, and he received eight months in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division, with credit for time already served.
