COVID-19 vaccine not available immediately to general public

COVID-19 vaccines may be shipped to hospitals in 34 Texas counties as early as next week, according to the Texas Department of State Health Services, but local health authority Dr. Georgia Hay said vaccines may not be available to the general public until late spring.
