The Texas Supreme Court has denied a petition of appeal in the Central Texas Regional Water Supply Corp. lawsuit against the city of Lampasas and Kempner Water Supply Corp.
Lampasas City Manager Finley deGraffenried notified the Lampasas City Council on Monday that the state Supreme Court denied the petition on Oct. 21.
