County pays tribute to late justice of the peace

During Monday’s meeting of the Lampasas County Commissioners Court, a Precinct 4 justice of the peace was honored. Gregory Dean Chapman, 63, of Kempner died June 11 at AdventHealth Central Texas in Killeen. Chapman, who served as justice of the peace since 2013, had planned to retire at the end of the year.
