Lampasas City Council named Ashleigh Opachen the Misti Talbert Community Champion for October. Through doLampasas, Opachen connected businesses and the community with the Love Thy Neighbor Day. At the Oct. 23 council meeting, Mayor Herb Pearce said of Opachen: “She allows God to work through her business and her personal life to shine the light on others.”
