    A regional water authority anchored by the city of Lampasas and Kempner Water Supply Corp. could be in the cards.

    On June 19, the two entities held a joint meeting to discuss the idea of a combined water treatment plant on Stillhouse Hollow Lake. Also, plans for a city backup water supply were discussed.
