The Lampasas County Commissioners Court has struck a deal with the city of Lampasas to give the city authority over a portion of the extraterritorial jurisdiction, or ETJ.
The Commissioners Court unanimously approved the agreement during Monday’s regular meeting. County Judge Randy Hoyer was absent, and Precinct 4 Commissioner Mark Rainwater led the proceedings.
