With budget, tax rate finalized, City Council considers funding request

The Lampasas City Council acted upon budget decisions, permits for new businesses and requests for funding at Monday’s meeting.
After the meeting was called to order, Mayor Herb Pearce offered a proclamation to designate September as Library Sign-Up Month in Lampasas. The proclamation also honored the late Ruthie Martin, a former teacher and member of the Lampasas Library Advisory Board.
