The city of Lampasas has announced that the Citizens Collection Center will be closed Saturday in observance of Labor Day. Regular hours will resume on Wednesday at the recycling/largeitem drop-off center.

VFW Post 8539 will hold a Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser tonight, beginning at 5 p.m. until the food runs out. Spaghetti will be served for $8 per plate.
