The Saratoga Underground Water Conservation District Board of Directors will accept public comments Tuesday about the proposed Desired Future Conditions for underground water. Comments may be presented in written or verbal form at the SUWCD board meeting, which will be at 5:30 p.m. in the county annex building at 409 S. Pecan St.
