GOLF COURSE WORK
The Hancock Park Golf Course in Lampasas will be closed April 4-5.
The greens are scheduled to be aerated those days, and then they will be sanded. The sand helps to improve air and water flow to the turf roots.
Sanding also helps level out the greens, creating a smooth, consistent putting surface.
After this work is completed, the course will be opened again.
