    Lampasas Police Department has isolated a suspect in a theft attempt at The Trading Post who also may be responsible for last week’s Merk & Tilley burglary. LPD Sgt. Investigator Tim Ryan said on Sept. 3 at about 2:30 p.m., a man was stopped while attempting to steal gold and silver from The Trading Post, a shop located at 406 S.
