NEW YORK AIR NATIONAL GUARD Angi (Carroll) Daiuto, a 2001 graduate of Marble Falls High School, was promoted to lieutenant colonel in the New York Air National Guard during a ceremony at Hancock Field Air National Guard Base in Syracuse, New York on Sept. 10.
