Lampasas High School student receives $1,000 FFA grant

A Lampasas High School senior is one of two Texans selected to receive a $1,000 National FFA SAE Grant. FFA gives grants to help members conduct Supervised Agricultural Experience projects, which all FFA members must complete. Nearly 6,000 members applied for a grant this year, and Emma Jones of Lampasas was accepted to receive a grant through Farm Credit. Jones raises 28 broiler chickens in…
