Texas Retired Teachers Association Executive Director Tim Lee will speak Oct. 3 at a gathering hosted by the Lampasas County Retired Teachers Association. He will address Proposition 9, which will be on Nov. 7 constitutional amendment ballots to authorize cost-of-living adjustments for retired school personnel, and other matters affecting retirees and their spouses.
