Dutch is a little dog with sleek black hair, fluffy ears and about four cowlicks running in different directions down and across his back.
Dutch's momma had had at least one litter before he and his brothers were born. Because she lived on the streets, she had no safe place for her pups to come into the world, and each one either quickly died or was stillborn.
