Boy Scout Troop 200 will be out on the streets of Lampasas Saturday, collecting canned goods and other non-perishable items for its food drive.
The troop left donation bags at local residents’ doorsteps last week and will return Saturday to collect these bags and deliver them to area food pantries.
Last year, the Scouts were able to bring Lampasas Mission 2,274 pounds of donated food items.
