The first American Red Cross blood drive of the year will be Jan. 31 from 11:30 a.m.to 5:30 p.m. at First Street Church of Christ, 201 W. First Street in Lampasas.
Blood drive leader Wanda Lang said there is a serious shortage of blood right now.
