PEACH THUMBPRINT COOKIES
Cookies:
1 cup unsalted butter
¾ cup granulated sugar
1½ tsp. vanilla extract
2¼ cups unbleached allpurpose flour
¼ tsp. sea salt
½ cup peach jam or preserves
Vanilla glaze:
1½ cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. 2% milk
1½ tsp. vanilla extract
