Fishing, family, friends and fun were all part of the annual Kid Fish event on June 3-4 in W.M. Brook Park.
The Lampasas Parks and Recreation Department sponsored the event.
“This a way for us to give back to the community and provide a great outdoor experience for everyone,” Parks and Recreation Director Chris Eicher said. “We’ve even released 350 catfish into Sulphur Creek for this event.”
