Heavy equipment prepares the site of a future CEFCO convenience store at 1699 Central Texas Expressway. Sept. 20 is the estimated completion date for the 6,000-square-foot facility, which will serve hot food, and have eight auto pumps and four diesel truck pumps. Fikes Wholesale Inc. owns the property.
