City Council revisits Juneteenth, budget workshop dates

Monday’s Lampasas City Council meeting was highlighted by a spirited discussion surrounding the Juneteenth holiday as well as setting dates for budget workshop meetings this summer.

Lometa police chief announces decision to retire in August

Though the Lometa City Council handled a full agenda during its regular meeting June 4, it was the department head reports that surprised council members.After its business items, the council adjourned into executive session.
