Owners of domestic-use and livestock wells on tracts of 10 acres or less no longer will pay for permits or annual renewal fees after the Saratoga Underground Water Conservation District board voted Friday to change those requirements.
Directors also reviewed a large package of proposed rule changes presented by Ardurra Group, the district’s contracted general management firm.
