The Lometa City Council voted unanimously last week to move forward with an interlocal agreement with the county to create a subdivision regulation. The regulation would govern property within the city limits.
Lometa is the sole incorporated city in the county that does not have a subdivision regulation, according to County Judge Randy Hoyer.
