Lampasas cross country runner ready for state meet

John Keyes is set to represent Lampasas at the state cross country meet this weekend. The senior finished sixth at the district meet that was hosted at the 580 Sports Park and then placed10th at the regional meet to qualify for state.

Junior high football teams play different opponents

This week and last, the Lampasas Middle School football teams played games in which the eighth-grade “B” team and both seventh-grade teams took on Marble Falls, while the eighthgrade “A” team played Chavez.LMS went 2-2 over the four games.
