Vehicles to vie for Best of Show

This Lightning McQueen-inspired design from the Disney movie “Cars” was one of the vehicles on display at last year’s Classic Car Show. Storm’s Drive-In will be the site Sept. 14 for this year’s event. Cars and trucks manufactured before 1990 are eligible to enter.

Classic cars to be displayed at 16th annual show

Classic cars will fill the back parking lot at Storm’s Drive-In for the 16th Annual Classic Car Show on Sept. 14.The event is free for the public to attend and for those looking to register their classic models in this year’s show. This year’s theme is “T.V. classics.

Unger, chamber honored by congressman

Downtown blocks closed for repairs

The city of Lampasas has begun work on a roadway improvement project for East Second Street that is expected to be complete within 180 days. Signs such as this one on South Live Oak reflect the closure of several blocks in the downtown area.
