Prom royalty named

My mom told me that somewhere around the ripe ol’ age of 3 or 4 I had informed her I wanted to be a hobo when I grew up (I’ve mentioned this before -- you’re keeping up, right?). I passed on being a cowboy or a pilot or even Superman and settled on a hobo.

’36 Club celebrates 90 years in Lampasas

GFWC The ’36 Club, organized in 1936, celebrated 90 years of charitable work and civic engineering at its April 9 meeting.About 30 club members gathered at the Lampasas County Museum for a special viewing of the museum’s exhibition charting the history of the club and its activities.
