With much chagrin I read the article on changing the names of a number of military basis that was published in your paper on Sept. 24.
Here are some possible names that our government could slap on those bases: Fort Capitulation, Fort Surrender, Fort Retreat, Fort Caved, Fort Condescension, Fort Appeasement, Fort Ignorance and Fort Defeat.
