Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit in the United States Supreme Court on Tuesday against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Paxton argued those states ignored federal and state election laws and unlawfully enacted last-minute changes, thus skewing the results of the Nov. 3 General Election.
