A date for the preliminary hearing over the establishment of Lampasas County Municipal Utilities District #1 has been set by the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality.
The preliminary hearing to take place May 23 at 10 a.m. comes after numerous Lampasas County residents raised concerns over the creation of the special district.
